Since 1984, Leslie Cargill has served as advisor, project manager, interim CMO, communications strategist, troubleshooter, creative director, and turnaround specialist with a whole range of interesting, innovative, successful clients, from baseball to ballet, science museums to shoe companies, hospitality to healthcare, fitness to food and beverage. We were Cargill Communications then Cargill Marketing. Now, refocused, retooled, and reflecting new services, people, and thinking, it's Cargill & Co.

We do communications, marketing, and brand with a focus on the health of your business and your people. We work with you as consultant, coach, or project manager. We deliver goods such as advice on strategy and plans for business growth, marketing programs, crisis communications, writing, editing, facilitating, branding and rebranding, counseling on professional and personal matters, and we build custom retreats at home or abroad for work, pleasure, and moving beyond the status quo. We are flexible in how we work, experienced and skilled in our field, and efficient in meeting budgets and timelines.

MANAGEMENT
